''In Nomine Aeternitatis'' is the second studio album by the Austrian neoclassical dark wave band ''Dargaard''. It was released on 28 November 2000 on ''Napalm Records''. The music is performed in melancholic dark mood with romantic elements and symphonized sounds. Unlike the first album in which Tharen had substantial hold on the singing, in this one he mostly left the vocals to Elisabeth. The songs were composed and programmed at ''Stronghold Dargaard'' during the years of 1998 and 1999 and recorded, mixed and mastered by Georg Hrauda and Tharen at ''Tonstudio Hoernix'' in 1999. Dargaard
''Dargaard'' is an Austrian neoclassical dark wave band formed in 1997. Typically in dark and somber moods, the music of ''Dargaard'' presents medieval and folk-like melodies, often orchestrated through the use of various instrument patches from a keyboard. The band has four releases at this time. Band history ''Dargaard'' was founded by Alexander "Tharen" Opitz in 1997. Tharen had already played a prominent role in several underground bands by this time, including ''Abigor'' and ''Amestigon'', both black metal bands and '' Dominion III'', an industrial music act. Tharen was the keyboard player in ''Abigor'', but ''Amestigon'', ''Dominion III'' and ''Dargaard'' are entirely his projects. Neoclassical dark wave is a subgenre of dark wave music that is characterized by an ethereal atmosphere and soprano vocals as well as strong influences from classical music. Napalm Records is an Austrian independent record label focused on heavy metal and hard rock. Originally, Napalm focused on black metal bands, such as Abigor and Summoning, and folk metal bands, such as Falkenbach and Vintersorg. Eternity Rites
''Eternity Rites'' is the debut studio album by the Austrian neoclassical dark wave band ''Dargaard'', released in 1998 by ''Napalm Records'' under the ''Draenor Productions'' banner. The album was recorded and mixed at ''Hoernix Studios'' by Georg Hranda and Tharen during 1998. It instills a dark rhythm and develops "a climactic fairytale full of medieval/folk themes beautifully composed and perfectly performed". The album includes eleven tracks, two of which are different parts of the song ''Eternity Rites''. All the tracks are composed in mixture of neo-classical, folk and dark ambient music.
