Imelda "Mel" Tobias Aguilar (born October 31, 1946) is a Filipina politician who currently serves as mayor of Las Piñas Las Piñas, officially the City of Las Piñas ( fil, Lungsod ng Las Piñas), is a 1st class highly urbanized city in the National Capital Region of the Philippines.
