Igor Livanov
Igor Yevgenyevich Livanov (russian: И́горь Евге́ньевич Лива́нов; born November 15, 1953, Kiev, Ukrainian SSR, USSR) is a Soviet and Russian film and theater actor. Meritorious Artist of the Russian Federation (2004). Younger brother of actor Aristarkh Livanov. Biography Igor was born on November 15, 1953, in Kiev. Mother Nina Timofeevna Livanova, father Yevgeny Aristarkhovich Livanov. Parents were heads of theatrical puppet club in the House of Pioneers of the October District in Kiev. Older brother Aristarkh (born March 17, 1947). Since fifth grade, Igor has been boxing. After leaving school I went to Leningrad. Entered LGITMiK on course of Igor Gorbachyov, who graduated in 1975. Sergey Vitalyevich Bezrukov (russian: link=no, Серге́й Вита́льевич Безру́ков, born 18 October 1973) is a Soviet and Russian film and stage actor, singer, People's Artist of Russia, the laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation. He currently works at Tabakov Studio (the theatre of Oleg Tabakov). He is a member of the Supreme Council of the party United Russia. Volgodonsk ( rus, Волгодонск, p=vəlgɐˈdonsk) is a city in Rostov Oblast, Russia, located in the east of the oblast on the west bank of the Tsimlyansk Reservoir. Population: 28,000 (1970). History Volgodonsk was founded in 1950 as a small settlement for the Tsimlyansk hydroelectric dam maintenance personnel. It grew in size due to the construction of the Volga–Don Canal. Kamensk-Shakhtinsky Rail Disaster
The Kamensk-Shakhtinsky rail disaster occurred on August 7, 1987, at 01:30 in Kamenskaya station in the town of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky on the North Caucasus Railway in the Soviet Union when a freight train ran into the rear of a passenger train standing in the station, killing 106. A freight train from Bataisk (a port on the Don River) consisting of 55 wagons loaded with Kuban grain, hauled by a pair of VL80-C three section electric locomotives and weighing 5500 tons arrived at Likhaya station where a leakage of air between the 6th and 7th wagons was noticed. The train crew closed the brake line after the 6th wagon, thereby isolating the brakes of the rearmost 49 wagons, meaning that they were not being replenished with air from the locomotives. The locomotive crews were then changed without the new crew being informed of the leak and brake isolation.
