Ibergeregg Pass
The Ibergeregg Pass is a mountain pass at an elevation in the Swiss canton of Schwyz. The pass connects the town of Schwyz and village of Oberiberg, with onward links to Einsiedeln and the Sihlsee. The headwaters of the Minster, a tributary of the Sihl, are nearby, and the pass is flanked by the Alpine peaks of Furggelenstock and Firstspitz. A mule track has crossed the pass since the middle ages, and the current paved road was constructed in 1873. The pass road has a maximum grade of 14 percent. At the summit of the pass are an inn, a chapel, and a ski station. The area is a summer and winter resort, with skiing and hiking. This is a list of the highest paved roads in Europe. It includes roads that are over long and whose culminating point is at least above sea level. This height approximately corresponds to that of the highest settlements in Europe and to the tree line in several mountain ranges such as the Alps and the Pyrenees, where most of the highest roads are located. Some of the listed roads are closed to motorized vehicles, although they are normally all accessible to pedestrians and cyclists. Ski Station
Ski Station ( no, Ski stasjon) is a railway station located in Ski, Norway. It is located from Oslo Central Station on the Østfold Line, at the point where the railway splits in two into an eastern and western line. It also serves as the terminal station of the Follo Line. The station is served by all passenger trains on the Østfold Line and Follo Line. This includes regional services to Halden Station and Gothenburg Central Station, as well as Oslo Commuter Rail services to Moss Station and Mysen Station. Ski is also the terminal station for a commuter train service to Oslo that stops at all stations on the Østfold Line. The restaurant at the station was taken over by Norsk Spisevognselskap on 1 January 1921, but leased to private operators.
