Iain Macintosh
Iain Macintosh is a British journalist, author and podcaster. He has worked for ESPN, and has been the editor at The Set Pieces and written for The Guardian. He has also had articles in The Blizzard and Sports Illustrated, The Anfield Wrap, and has appeared on the BBC television programme ''Premier League World''. He has written numerous articles and books about the computer game Football Manager. He also authored a series of sports book entitled ‘Everything you would like to know about..’ with topics including football, golf, and cricket. Macintosh was a co-founder of Muddy Knees production which produces The Totally Football Show, an off-shoot of The Guardian’s Football Weekly podcast which he, James Richardson, and producer Ben Green left in order to create their own product ahead of the 2017-18 season. Hunter Davies
Edward Hunter Davies (born 7 January 1936) is a British author, journalist and broadcaster. His books include the only authorised biography of the Beatles. Early life Davies was born in Johnstone, Renfrewshire, to Scottish parents. For four years his family lived in Dumfries until Davies was aged 11. Davies has quoted his boyhood hero as being football centre-forward, Billy Houliston, of Davies' then local team, Queen of the South. His family moved to Carlisle in northern England when Davies was 11 and he attended the Creighton School in the city. Davies lived in Carlisle until he moved to study at university. Southend United
Southend United Football Club is a professional association football club based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, England. As of the 2022–23 season, the team competes in the National League, the fifth tier of English football. ''The Totally Football Show'' presented by James Richardson is a thrice weekly podcast about association football produced by Muddy Knees Media. From June 15, 2020 it was incorporated into and also available via The Athletic. It regularly features on lists of the best association football podcasts.
