Invariant Chain
HLA class II histocompatibility antigen gamma chain also known as HLA-DR antigens-associated invariant chain or CD74 (Cluster of Differentiation 74), is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ''CD74'' gene. The invariant chain (Abbreviated Ii) is a polypeptide which plays a critical role in antigen presentation. It is involved in the formation and transport of MHC class II peptide complexes for the generation of CD4+ T cell responses. The cell surface form of the invariant chain is known as CD74. CD74 is a cell surface receptor for the cytokine macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF). Function The nascent MHC class II protein in the rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER) binds a segment of the invariant chain (Ii; a trimer) in order to shape the peptide-binding groove and prevent the formation of a closed conformation. The invariant chain also facilitates the export of MHC class II from the RER in a vesicle. The signal for endosomal targeting resides in the cytoplasmic tai ...

Image Intensifier
An image intensifier or image intensifier tube is a vacuum tube device for increasing the intensity of available light in an optical system to allow use under low-light conditions, such as at night, to facilitate visual imaging of low-light processes, such as fluorescence of materials in X-rays or gamma rays (X-ray image intensifier), or for conversion of non-visible light sources, such as near-infrared or short wave infrared to visible. They operate by converting photons of light into electrons, amplifying the electrons (usually with a microchannel plate), and then converting the amplified electrons back into photons for viewing. They are used in devices such as night-vision goggles. Introduction Image intensifier tubes (IITs) are optoelectronic devices that allow many devices, such as night vision devices and medical imaging devices, to function. They convert low levels of light from various wavelengths into visible quantities of light at a single wavelength. Operation Image ...

The album sold about 6,000 copies in the United States in its first week, earning them their first placement in the ''Billboard'' 200 at #156. A music video was produced for "Dry the River" and found substantial airplay on MTV2's ''Headbangers Ball''. They are eventually subdued by apparent hunters and dragged through the woods, as depicted on the album cover. Contrary to popular belief, Underoath ex-drummer Aaron Gillespie does not appear in the video. The song "Darkest of Kin" also had a music video. II (The Kinleys Album)
''II'' is the second studio album by the American country music duo The Kinleys. It was released in 2000 (see 2000 in country music) as their second and final album for Epic Records. Background The Kinleys worked with the producers of their debut album, Russ Zavitson and Tony Haselden, for their follow-up album, and released the single "My Heart Is Still Beating" in July 1999. The single, however, failed to reach the Country top 40, and the album, which was to be self-titled and released on October 6, 1999, was put on hold by Epic Records, who decided to bring in Country artist Radney Foster to produce songs on the album in order to broaden the duo's sound and regain chart appeal. In the end, half of the album was produced by Foster and the other half by Zavitson and Haselden. The record includes two songs co-written by Jennifer Kinley's husband, Adam Hughes, and also has the first lead vocal performance of Jennifer Kinley in a Kinleys song on "I Need You Now", the duo's usual wa ...
