Highway M21 (Ukraine)
M21 is a Ukrainian international highway ( M-highway) which connects Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia to the border with Moldova. The highway also connects two major transnational corridors, Pan-European Corridor IX and the transportation corridor "Europe-Asia". The entire route is part of European route E583. The section from Zhytomyr to the Belarusian border was previously P28. Vinnytsia ( ; uk, Вінниця, ; yi, װיניצע) is a city in west-central Ukraine, located on the banks of the Southern Bug. It is the administrative center of Vinnytsia Oblast and the largest city in the historic region of Podillia. Administratively, it is incorporated as a town of oblast significance. Mohyliv-Podilskyi (, , , ) is a city in the Mohyliv-Podilskyi Raion of the Vinnytsia Oblast, Ukraine. Administratively, Mohyliv-Podilskyi is incorporated as a town of regional significance. Otaci
Otaci (formerly Ataki, Russian Атаки) is a town (population 8,400) on the southwestern bank of the Dniester River, which at that point forms the northeastern border of Moldova. On the opposite side of the Dniester lies the Ukrainian city of Mohyliv-Podilskyi, and the two municipalities are connected by a bridge over the river. Otaci is located in Ocnița District.
