Julliard Frans (born March 18, 1987), known professionally as Hef, is a Dutch rapper. Career Julliard Frans was born in Rotterdam and is of Curaçaoan and Surinamese descent. He is a brother of fellow rappers Adje and Crooks. He grew up in the borough Hoogvliet Hoogvliet is a borough of Rotterdam, Netherlands. As of 1 January 2004, it had 36,619 inhabitants. Rapping
Rapping (also rhyming, spitting, emceeing or MCing) is a musical form of vocal delivery that incorporates "rhyme, rhythmic speech, and street vernacular".
