Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA) is a railway operator in Taiwan. It is an agency of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, responsible for managing, maintaining, and running conventional passenger and freight railway services on 1097 km of track in Taiwan. Guanshan Township () is an urban township in northern Taitung County, Taiwan. History Formerly called ''Lilong'', which is from the Amis word meaning "red worms" and rendered in Hokkien as A-lí-lóng (阿里壟). By 1920, the town was called Kanzan Town under Kanzan District, Taitō Prefecture. Geography It is located in the Huatung Valley South segment. Beinan River flows through. Taitung Line
The Taitung Line (), also known as the Hua-Tung line (), is the southern section of the Eastern Line of the Taiwan Railways Administration. The line starts at the Hualien station and ends at the Taitung station. It is 161.5 km long, including the main segment of 155.7 km between Hualien and Taitung. Bunun Cultural Museum
The Bunun Cultural Museum () is a museum about Bunun people in Haiduan Township, Taitung County, Taiwan. History The museum was established in 2002 due to the close connection between the township and the Bunun people. The museum establishment makes Haiduan the first indigenous township in Taiwan to construct a local museum. Architecture The museum building consists of two floors. The first floor is the tourist center of Southern Cross-Island Highway, while the second floor is the Bunun Story House. Outside the museum is a performance area for important Bunun tribal and cultural events. Exhibitions The museum displays waxen statues of Bunun tribesmen, embossment works and wood carvings.
