Jyrki Hämäläinen (27 July 1942 Tampere, Finland - 18 March 2008) was a Finnish magazine editor who also authored several biographies of prominent figures in Finnish pop culture. Hämäläinen was the former editor of '' Suosikki'', a magazine which focuses on the country's pop music scene. Hämäläinen also worked as an MC, concert promoter, columnist and producer. Jyrki Hämäläinen was the editor of ''Suosikki'', a teen magazine, from 1968 until his retirement from the publication in 2002. Hämäläinen was well known for interviewing high-profile celebrities including The Rolling Stones, Muhammad Ali and Elvis Presley. Hämäläinen, who often had his photograph taken with the celebrity whom he was interviewing, was nicknamed the "king of the backstage passes." Eemil Tapio "Tapsa" Hämäläinen (18 June 1922, in Uukuniemi – 28 January 2008, in Helsinki) was a Finnish actor and theater counsellor. Career Hämäläinen's best known roles were as Salo in '' The Unknown Soldier'' (''The Unknown Soldier'') and Councillor Tuura in the ''Uuno Turhapuro'' films (1976–1993, 2004). Sirkka Aune-Marjatta Hämäläinen (born 8 May 1939 in Riihimäki) is a Finnish economist who served as a member of the Executive Board of the European Central Bank from 1998 to 2003. She previously served as the Governor of the Bank of Finland from 1992 to 1998. Hämäläinen was the first woman to hold either post. Early life and education Hämäläinen was born on 8 May 1939, in Riihimäki. Her parents were Martti Oskari Hinkkala, a farmer, and Impi Aune Nikander, a household economics teacher. She graduated from the Karkkila Co-educational School in 1957 and following it attended Helsinki School of Economics from which she obtained her B.S. and M.Sc. in economics in 1961 and 1964 respectively. Rasmus Hämäläinen (born 12 August 1994) is a Finnish former professional ice hockey winger (ice hockey), right winger. He played in the Liiga with KooKoo (Liiga), KooKoo and SaiPa. Playing career Hämäläinen began his career with SaiPa's academy from 2008 to 2014 before moving to SaPKo of Mestis. On 11 September 2017 he joined KooKoo (Liiga), KooKoo of Liiga on loan and played five games for the team during the 2017–18 Liiga season where he registered one assist.
