Hyundai N
Hyundai N is the official name of Hyundai Motor Company's high-performance brand, established in 2016. The "N" refers to the Namyang district in South Korea, which was the founding place of the N brand as well as the location of Hyundai's Global Research & Development Center; the Nürburgring racetrack in Germany, which is home to Hyundai's Technical Center where all N models are tested; and the shape of chicanes in racing circuits. The first N-branded vehicle was the i30 N, which debuted in 2016. The Hyundai Ioniq 5 ( ko, 현대 아이오닉 5) is a battery electric compact crossover SUV produced by Hyundai. The Hyundai i20 is a supermini hatchback produced by Hyundai since 2008. The i20 made its debut at the Paris Motor Show in October 2008, and sits between the i10 and i30. The i20 replaces the Getz in nearly all of its markets, while several markets received the slightly larger Accent/Verna hatchback to replace it instead. The Hyundai i30 is a small family car manufactured by the South Korean manufacturer Hyundai Motor Company since 2007. The Nürburgring 24 Hours is a 24-hour annual touring car and GT endurance racing event that takes place on a combination of the Nordschleife ("North Loop") and the GP-Strecke ("Grand Prix track") circuits of the Nürburgring in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.
