Huw Meredydd Stephens (born 25 May 1981) is a Welsh radio and television presenter, currently broadcasting on BBC Radio Wales, BBC Radio Cymru and BBC Radio 6 Music. Stephens founded the Sŵn music festival with John Rostron and the yearly showcase Welsh Language Music Day. Stephens produced the 2018 documentary film ''Anorac'' about the Welsh language music scene. Pepsi Tate
Pepsi Tate (10 March 1965 – 18 September 2007) was the bass guitarist of Welsh people, Welsh glam metal band Tigertailz, who made the Top 40 in the UK Albums Chart in the early 1990s. Pepsi's nickname was "Boy" or "The Boy". Born as Huw Justin Smith, son of ''Dempsey and Makepeace'' actor Ray Smith (actor), Ray Smith, Pepsi Tate grew up in the village of Dinas Powys, just outside Cardiff. After his career with Tigertailz Justin pursued a career in television as a producer and director. His work for BBC Wales included directing the weekly politics programme, ''Dragon's Eye''. The ''Thrill Pistol'' album (released on 27 August 2007) featured his last recordings. It was dedicated to Pepsi and his family. Huw Pritchard
Huw Pritchard (born 7 January 1976 in Cardiff, Wales), is a former Welsh racing cyclist. He represented Wales at the 1998 Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur, and again in Manchester in the 2002 Commonwealth Games, where he won the silver medal in the 20 km scratch, the first Welshman to win a medal on the track at the Games. Huw Pill is a British economist, and the chief economist of the Bank of England since September 2021, succceeding Andy Haldane. Pill studied philosophy, politics and economics at University College, Oxford, and graduated in 1989. He earned a doctorate in economics from Stanford University in 1995. Huw Owen Williams (13 July 1886 – 28 June 1961), who wrote as Huw Menai, was a Welsh poet, a Welsh-language speaker who nevertheless wrote only in the English language. His poems were among the first classic works to be republished as a result of a 2004 incentive on the part of the Welsh Assembly Government. Biography Huw Menai was born in Caernarfon; although his birth certificate says his parents were William and Elizabeth Williams, it has been suggested that his natural father may have been another man named Hugh Owen. Huw Lewis-Jones (born 2 May 1980) is a British historian, editor, broadcaster and art director. Formerly a historian and Curator of Art at the Scott Polar Research Institute, University of Cambridge, Lewis-Jones left Cambridge in June 2010 to pursue book and broadcasting projects. Huw Lawlor
Huw Lawlor (born 1 May 1996) is an Irish hurler who plays for Kilkenny Senior Championship club O'Loughlin Gaels and at inter-county level with the Kilkenny senior hurling team. He usually lines out as a full-back. Playing career Kilkenny CBS Lawlor first came to prominence as a hurler with Kilkenny CBS. Huw Lewis
Huw Lewis (born 17 January 1964) is a Welsh Labour Co-operative politician who served as Minister for Education and Skills from 2013 to 2016. Born in Merthyr Tydfil, Glamorgan, Lewis represented the Merthyr Tydfil and Rhymney constituency in the National Assembly for Wales from 1999 to 2016.
