Hussam Abu Saleh
Hussam Abu Saleh ( ar, حسام أبو صالح, he, חוסאם אבו סאלח; born 9 May 1982) is a retired Israeli-Palestinian footballer who played as a full back and winger. Club career Hussam Abu Saleh is one of many Arab Israeli footballers playing their trade in the West Bank Premier League. Abu Saleh started his professional career with his hometown club Bnei Sakhnin F.C. He was part of a generation of players coached by Azmi Nassar that secured promotion to the Israeli Premier League, won the Israel State Cup, and participated in the qualifying rounds of the UEFA Cup. Abu Saleh left Bnei Sakhnin in 2006 to join up with Nassar at Maccabi Kafr Kanna F.C., he scored 7 goals before moving the following season to Maccabi Ironi Tamra F.C. where he played alongside future Hilal Al-Quds teammate Haitham Dheeb. Sakhnin
Sakhnin ( ar, سخنين; he, סַחְ'נִין or ''Sikhnin'') is an Arab city in Israel's Northern District. It is located in the Lower Galilee, about east of Acre. Sakhnin was declared a city in 1995. Azmi Nassar ( ar, عزمي نصار, he, עזמי נסאר; 3 October 1957 – 26 March 2007) was a Palestinian football manager and served as manager of the Palestinian national football team. The 2015 AFC Asian Cup was the 16th edition of the men's AFC Asian Cup, a quadrennial international football tournament organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) section of the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualification saw 43 teams competing for 4 or 5 berths in the final tournament in Brazil. The 2012 AFC Challenge Cup qualification phase saw eight teams advance to the final tournament in Nepal. The qualification draw was held on 20 October 2010, in AFC House in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The 2010 WAFF Championship was the 6th edition of the West Asian Football Federation Championship, an international tournament for selected West Asian countries and territories.
