Husn Bano
Husn Banu (1919 – 1977) was a Bollywood actress who was famous as a stunt actress after "Hanterwali Nadia" and later worked as supporting actress in films in 1930s to 1970s. She was born in 1919 in Singapore. Early life Husn Banu was born as Roshan Ara on 8 February 1919 in Singapore. She was the daughter of actress Sharifa Bai (1930s) and aunt of actress Nazima. She was admitted to a high school in Mumbai and passed 12th standared from there. She was fluent in English, Gujarati, Marathi, Urdu, Bengali and Hindi . Nazima (25 March 1948; née Mehr-un-Nissa) is a Bollywood actress who was most famous for her roles as supporting actress in films in 1960s and early 1970s. She was born in Nashik (Maharashtra) and was known as the "Resident Sister" of Bollywood. Early life Nazima was born as Mehr-un-Nisa on 25 March 1948 in Nasik. She was related to actresses Sharifa Bai (of 1930s) and Husn Bano (of 1940s) who happened to be her grandmother and aunt respectively. ''Daku Mansoor'' (Mansoor The Dacoit) also called ''Karishma-E-Kudrat'' is a 1934 Hindi/Urdu costume action drama film directed by Nitin Bose. The film was produced by New Theatres Ltd. Calcutta and the music director was R. C. Boral. The cast of the film included K. L. Saigal, Uma Shashi, Prithviraj Kapoor, Husnbanu, Pahari Sanyal and Nemo. Umasashi (1915 – 6 December 2000) was an Indian Bengali film actress who appeared in many roles from 1929 to 1951. Her on-screen pairings with actors such as Durgadas Bannerjee, K. L. Saigal, Pahari Sanyal and Prithviraj Kapoor were popular in those days. Early life Umasashi was born on 1915 in a poor Brahmin family of Calcutta. Her father Nilmani Chattopadhyay's ancient home was in Dhaka, East Bengal, British India but he later settled in Calcutta. Prithviraj Kapoor
Prithviraj Kapoor (born Prithvinath Kapoor; 3 November 1906 – 29 May 1972) was an Indian actor who is also considered to be one of the founding figures of Hindi cinema. He was associated with IPTA as one of its founding members and established the Prithvi Theatres in 1944 as a travelling theatre company based in Bombay. He was the patriarch of the Kapoor family of Hindi films, four generations of which, beginning with him, have played active roles in the Hindi film industry, with the youngest generation still active in Bollywood. His father, Basheshwar Nath Kapoor, also played a short role in his movie Awara. Pahari Sanyal (22 February 1906 – 10 February 1974) was an Indian actor and singer who is known for his work in Bengali cinema. Sanyal acted in many Bengali films, such as ''Harano Sur'', ''Bhanu Goenda Jahar Assistant'', and ''Shilpi''.
