The Hum Award for Best Television Film is one of the Hum Awards of Merit presented annually by the Hum Television Network and Entertainment Channel (HTNEC) to producers working in the Television industry. Since its inception, however, the award has commonly been referred to as the hum for Best Telefilm. History Hum Television Network and Entertainment Channel presented this award to producers of Pakistani TV industry, as of first ceremony total of four telefilms were nominated and Asim Raza was honored at 2nd Hum Awards ceremony 2012 for telefilm ''Behadd''. Hum Network Limited or Hum TV Network Limited ( ur, ہم نیٹ ورک) is a Pakistani media company based in Karachi, Pakistan. It was established in February 2004 by Sultana Siddiqui. It is a current member of Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (APBU), Association for International Broadcasting (AIB), and Commonwealth Broadcasting Association (CBA). History Hum Network Limited was established in February 2004 with the name of Eye TV Limited which was later changed to Eye Television Network Limited on 18 November 2004. The present name, Hum Network, was adopted on 21 January 2011. The 5th Hum Awards ceremony, presented by Pel, powered by QMobile and brought by Kashmir Cooking Oil & Banaspati, took place in Lahore on 29 April 2017 at 7:30pm PST.
