Hugo Clément
Hugo Clément (born 1989, in Strasbourg, France) is a French journalist, author, and documentary filmmaker. He is best known for his work in investigative journalism and his efforts to raise environmental awareness in France. Early life Clément was born on 7 October 1989 in Strasbourg before the family moved to a suburb of Toulouse, both his parents are university professors. He attended lycée Bellevue, in Toulouse where he obtained his Baccalauréat, he later joined an Hypokhâgne preparatory class at lycée Rive Gauche. In 2008, he was admitted to Sciences-Po Toulouse. During his studies he worked as a freelancer for ''La Dépêche du Midi'' as well as for the regional editorial team of ''20 minutes'', in 2009 Clement was awarded the François Chalais Prize for young reporters. Strasbourg

''Le Petit Journal'' is a French news and entertainment television program that airs every weekday on Canal+, presented by Cyrille Eldin. It was hosted by journalist Yann Barthès from its beginnings in 2004 through to June 2016. The program initially aired as a segment of ''Le Grand Journal (Canal+), Le Grand Journal'' until 2011, when it became a separate program. Nagui Fam (; born 14 November 1961) is an Egyptian-born French TV and radio personality of Egyptian and Italian descent. In his professional life, he goes by his first name Nagui. Biography His television career began in 1987 on M6, and switched to TF1 in 1989. Vigipirate (french: Plan Vigipirate) is France's national security alert system. Created in 1978 through interministerial sessions and falling within the responsibilities of the prime minister, it has since been updated three times: in 1995 (following a terror bombing campaign), 2000 and 2004. 2015 French Regional Elections
Regional elections were held in France on 6 and 13 December 2015. At stake were the regional councils in metropolitan and overseas France including the Corsican Assembly and inaugural seats in the Assembly of French Guiana and Assembly of Martinique, all for a six-year term. The Departmental Council of Mayotte, which also exercises the powers of a region, was the only region not participating in this election, having already been renewed on 2 April 2015. There were 18 regional presidencies at stake, with 13 in mainland France and Corsica, as well as 5 overseas. The Animal Protection and Rescue League (APRL) is an American grassroots animal rights organization, founded in 2003, based in California, California's San Diego County, California, San Diego and Orange County, California, Orange Counties. Climate Change
