Huenchullami River
The Huenchullamí River is a river of the coastal area of Maule Region, in Chile. Its source is in the west of Pencahue, and runs to NW with the names of Libún, Batuco and Coipué, and after receiving Gualleco's creek waters, it takes the name of Huenchullamí River, and ends 10 or 12 km south from Mataquito River's mouth in La Trinchera beach. Chile
Chile, officially the Republic of Chile, is a country in the western part of South America. It is the southernmost country in the world, and the closest to Antarctica, occupying a long and narrow strip of land between the Andes to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the west. Maule Region
The Maule Region ( es, Región del Maule, ) is one of Chile's 16 first order administrative divisions. Its capital is Talca. The region derives its name from the Maule River which, running westward from the Andes, bisects the region and spans a basin of about 20,600 km2. The Maule river is of considerable historic interest because, among other reasons, it marked the southern limits of the Inca Empire. Geography and ecology The region covers an area of and is bordered on the west by the Pacific Ocean; on the east by the Argentina; on the north by the O'Higgins Region, and on the south by the Ñuble Region. There are a number of flora and fauna species present in Maule. For example, the endangered Chilean Wine Palm (''Jubaea chilensis'') is found in a very limited distribution that includes the Maule Region. Pencahue
Pencahue () is a town and commune in Chile, located in Talca Province, in the seventh region of Maule. The commune spans and area of . Also there are another three places called Pencahue, near to San Vicente de Tagua Tagua, Sexta Región, Chile. Their names are: Pencahue Central, Pencahue Abajo (some people call it only Pencahue Bajo) and Plaza de Pencahue. Demographics According to data from the 2002 Census of Population and Housing, Pencahue had 8,315 inhabitants; of these, 2,037 (24.5%) lived in urban areas and 6,278 (75.5%) in rural areas. Curepto is a town and commune in the Chilean Province of Talca, located in the VII Maule Region. The commune spans an area of . Constitución () is a city and commune of Talca Province, Maule Region, Chile. It was historically a popular seaside resort. French Ship Oriflamme (1744)
''Oriflamme'' was a 56-gun ship of the line of the French Navy. She was ordered on 16 February 1743 and built at Toulon Dockyard by engineer-constructor Pierre-Blaise Coulomb, and launched on 30 October 1744. She carried 24 x 18-pounder guns on her lower deck, 26 x 8-pounder guns on her upper deck, and 6 x 4-pounder guns on her quarterdeck (although the latter smaller guns were removed when she was rebuilt at Toulon from August 1756 to July 1757). The ship was named for the oriflamme, a long, multi-tailed red banner that was historically the battle standard of the Capetian dynasty. French career On 16 April 1746, ''Oriflamme'' recaptured the 24-gun frigate ''Volage'', that the 70-gun HMS ''Stirling Castle'' had taken the day before. She narrowly survived one encounter with the Royal Navy during the Seven Years' War, but was captured during a later engagement by HMS ''Isis'' off Cape Trafalgar, on 1 April 1761.
