Huang Chun-fa
Huang Chun-fa (; born 1957) is a Taiwanese businessman and son of Huang Rong-hua (黃榮華), one of the founding brothers of the Miramar Group conglomerate and the Miramar Huang family (美麗華黃家). According to a China Post report, “The Miramar Group consists of subdivisions owned by different members within the giant, extended Huang family”. Within this structure, Huang Chun-fa is the owner of Durban Development Company (德安集團) (construction), Tze Hsin 志信) (transportation and gas stations), Mayer Steel Pipe Corporation (“Taiwan Mayer” 美亞鋼管), Durban Department Store (德安百貨), and the Miramar hotels (Taipei Gardens 台北美麗信花園酒店, Hsinchu Miramar 新竹美麗信花園酒店, and Taitung Miramar Resort 台東美麗灣酒店), and other businesses. The Miramar Huang family () is a Taiwanese business family that encompasses three generations of Huangs spread across several branches of the family tree. Born into a farming family of ten siblings, the Huang brothers started a brick kiln and duck feather collection business on the banks of the Keelung River in the 1950s and 1960s. Huang Hsing-chung (黃杏中), Huang Jung-hua (黃榮華), Huang Jung-tu (黃榮圖), and Huang Ku-jung (黃固榮) went on to found Miramar Group, with interests in food, construction, transportation, real estate, hotels, and shopping malls. Taitung Miramar Resort
Taitung Miramar Resort () is a BOT (Build Operate Transfer) development on Shanyuan (杉原灣)/Fudafudak in Beinan Township, Taitung County, Taiwan. In 2004, a contract was signed by Miramar Resort Taitung Ltd (majority owned by Huang Chun-fa) and the Taitung County Government under then County Magistrate Hsu Ching-yuan. It was supported by three subsequently elected magistrates. Although still standing, Miramar was unable to open due to Supreme Court rulings relating to the legality of its construction. Daily Air Corporation () is an airline with its headquarters in Songshan District, Taipei, Taiwan. It operates scheduled passenger services to offshore islands from Taiwan, including Penghu, Green Island and Orchid Island, as well as helicopter contract services and charters. Penghu
