Die Hoërskool Menlopark (colloquially known as Menlo or Parkies) is a public Afrikaans medium co-educational high school situated in the suburb of Menlo Park in Pretoria in the Gauteng province of South Africa. The school learners call themselves as ''Parkies''. The high school was founded in 1963 by the painter Bettie Cilliers-Barnard. Menlo Park (Afrikaans: '' Menlopark'') is an upmarket suburb in the city of Pretoria, South Africa. It borders other upmarket areas Waterkloof, Brooklyn, Pretoria, Brooklyn and Lynnwood, Pretoria, Lynnwood. Water polo is a competitive team sport played in water between two teams of seven players each. The game consists of four quarters in which the teams attempt to score goals by throwing the ball into the opposing team's goal. The team with the most goals at the end of the game wins the match.
