Hong Kong University Graduate Association College or HKUGA College (HKUGAC; ) is a secondary school located at No. 9 Nam Fung Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong. History It was founded in 2006 by the Hong Kong University Graduates Association. The Hong Kong University Graduates Association Education Foundation is a registered non-profit-making organization founded by members of the Hong Kong University Graduates Association, alumni of The University of Hong Kong (HKU), and other members of society. The foundation consists of nearly 200 members and is managed by an elected Executive Committee. Nam Fung Road
Nam Fung Road () is a road in the Southern District of Hong Kong. It connects Wong Chuk Hang Road near Ocean Park station in the west to Deep Water Bay Road in the east. History Nam Fung Road was opened in July 1973. The opening of the road provided a direct link for buses between Eastern District and the areas of Aberdeen and Wong Chuk Hang in Southern District. It drastically cut travel distance and time and improved the convenience of commuting between the northern and the southern parts of Hong Kong Island. Education in Hong Kong used to be largely modelled on that of the United Kingdom, particularly the English system. Since 2012, the overhaul of secondary school diploma has introduced changes to the number of school years as well as the two-tier general examinations. F Lion dance () is a form of traditional dance in Chinese culture and other Asian countries in which performers mimic a lion's movements in a lion costume to bring good luck and fortune. The lion dance is usually performed during the Chinese New Year and other Chinese traditional, cultural and religious festivals. It may also be performed at important occasions such as business opening events, special celebrations or wedding ceremonies, or may be used to honour special guests by the Chinese communities.
