Holby City (series 6)
The sixth series of the British medical drama television series ''Holby City'' commenced airing in the United Kingdom on BBC One on 7 October 2003, and concluded on 12 October 2004. Reception The British Medical Association denounced a January 2004 episode of the series which portrayed organ donation being carried out despite withdrawal of consent by the patient's relatives. Dr. Michael Wilks, chairman of the Medical Ethics Committee stated: "This simply would not happen, but its portrayal, even in a drama, is totally irresponsible and risks causing huge damage to the already struggling transplant programme." BBC One
BBC One is a British free-to-air public broadcast television network owned and operated by the BBC. Chrissie Williams
Christine "Chrissie" Williams (also Levy) is a fictional character from the BBC medical drama '' Holby City'', played by Tina Hobley. She first appeared in the third series episode "The Road Less Travelled", broadcast on 5 June 2001. Hobley decided to leave ''Holby City'' and Chrissie's final appearance occurred in the sixteenth series episode " Merry-Go-Round", which was broadcast on 19 November 2013. Sharon Maughan
Sharon Patricia Maughan (born 22 June 1950) is a British actress. Early life Sharon Mughan grew up in Kirkby, Lancashire, with her four siblings. She later changed her surname to "Maughan". Career Upon graduating from RADA, Maughan gained her Equity Card while playing Ophelia in an Open University tour of ''Hamlet''. She then did rep at the Liverpool Playhouse and Chester, and won her first television opportunity in Philip Mackie's ''The Organisation'', starring Peter Egan. Ed Keating
Ed Keating is a fictional character from the BBC medical drama '' Holby City'', played by actor Rocky Marshall. Zubin Khan
Zubin Khan is a fictional character from the BBC medical drama '' Holby City'', played by actor Art Malik. He first appeared in the series five episode "Private Lives", broadcast on 17 June 2003. Zubin arrives at Holby City hospital as a consultant anaesthetist. The BBC's drama controller Mal Young approached Malik with the offer of joining the show.
