Hokkaido Soccer League
is the Japanese fifth tier of league football, which is part of the Japanese Regional Leagues. It covers the prefecture/region of Hokkaidō. Hokkaido is the only regional league whose clubs have never been promoted. The Asian Football Confederation is the governing body of association football, beach soccer, and futsal in some countries/territories in Asia and Oceania. Sapporo, Hokkaido

2022 Japanese Regional Leagues
The is the 57th edition of the Japanese Regional Leagues, the fifth tier of the Japanese football league system. As usual, this edition of the Regional Leagues is divided with 84 teams distributed in nine regional leagues. The winners of each Regional League along with other three between the nine Regional Leagues runners-up (determined by a criteria set by the JFA), qualifying to the 2022 Japanese Regional Champions League. It serves as a single-elimination tournament, in which the winner and the runner-up of the competition can qualify either directly to the Japan Football League, or by a play-off match with one of the last-placed teams at the JFL table, with the confirmation of how must the winner (and/or runner-up) they qualify to the JFL being made by the JFL board. 2020 Japanese Regional Leagues
A total of 134 teams competed, split into 9 groups, in the Japanese Regional Leagues, the fifth tier of the Japanese association football league system, in 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Japan, all matches in all regions were changed from double round-robin into single round-robin, except Chūgoku and Tōkai. All regional champions qualified for the Japanese Regional Football Champions League. Like the J.League, there was no relegation in this season to Prefectural Leagues (promotion and relegation between divisions were still available for some regions). Tokachi FC
is a football (soccer) club based in Obihiro, which is located in Hokkaido in Japan. They play in the Hokkaido Soccer League, which is part of Japanese Regional Leagues. History Born in 1995 as ''Rude Boys'', the club rapidly found promotions from Obihiro League to Prefectural Leagues. In 2006, a new name was established with ''Fair Sky FC'', which was also promoted for the first time in the Hokkaido Soccer League. The name of the club did not stay the same; it became the ''Tokachi Fairsky FC'' in 2014 and ''Tokachi FC'' in 2017. Beside the two victories in the Hokkaido Soccer League between 2014 and 2017, the most important change came with the last denomination change: Tokachi Football Club found a partnership with Leifras, a Japanese company.
