HitRadio Veronica (Sky Radio)
HitRadio Veronica is a Dutch radio station that broadcasts over the internet. On December 27, 2006 at 12:00pm TMF Radio was officially launched. TMF Radio until October 1, 2008 had a partnership between Sky Radio Group (Sienna Holding BV) and MTV Networks Benelux ( TMF) and transmitted mostly hits from the cable frequency of Hitradio BV, which was acquired permanently in the spring of 2007 by Sky Radio Group and MTV Networks BV. MTV Networks has split on October 1, 2008 from TMF Radio and since then Sky Radio Group is the sole owner of the station, which now bears the name HitRadio Veronica. On January 3, 2011 the station ceased to listen to the broadcasts via cable and since the station is only through Internet. The launch of the radio station gave quite a stir in the media. Ali B. Naarden
Naarden () is a List of cities in the Netherlands by province, city and former List of municipalities of the Netherlands, municipality in the Gooi region in the Provinces of the Netherlands, province of North Holland, Netherlands. It has been part of the new municipality of Gooise Meren since 2016. The Music Factory
The Music Factory (TMF) was an originally Dutch brand of television and radio channels operated focusing on pop music. It was similar to the American MTV which took over TMF in 2001. TMF operated channels in the Netherlands (TMF Nederland) as well as in the UK with TMF UK and Australia with (TMF Australia). The brand is owned by MTV Networks International (part of the Viacom conglomerate). It shows only pop videos and locally produced live programming in Belgium and likewise with TMF Netherlands before its closure, the British TMF aired some of MTV's and VH1's programmes like '' Cribs'', '' Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica'', ''Hogan Knows Best'' and ''Run's House''. HitRadio Veronica
HitRadio Veronica was a Dutch commercial radio station that was created when the public broadcaster Veronica Omroep Organisatie left the public system in August 1995, creating the Holland Media Groep with CLT (RTL). Before that Veronica bought the station Holland FM and rebranded it into Hitradio Holland FM and later Hitradio 1224. Most of known Veronica DJs switched to Hitradio 1224. HitRadio Veronica has broadcast on 828 kHz and 1224 kHz from 1995 till 1996, the slogan was ''De hits van gisteren en het beste van nu''. The station transmitted the show Kinkel Jeroen van Inkel. Jensen presented also Escapades Evening with Robert Jensen, and The Shack Friday with Robert Jensen and Edwin Evers had a place in programming. Staphorst
Staphorst () is a municipality and a town in the eastern Netherlands. History The villages of Staphorst and its southern neighbour Rouveen came into existence as in the 13th century monks started to bring the bogs and swamps into culture. All the farms were built along the long road through the bog area. Thus a lengthy row of farms was built, becoming the long village of Staphorst-Rouveen. Yesser Roshdy ( arz, ياسر رشدي, ; born 2 November 1986), better known by his stage name Yes-R, is a Dutch rapper and television presenter. He was born in Amsterdam, to an Egyptian father, and a Moroccan mother. Before going solo, he was part of the Dutch hip-hop formation D-Men. He has also appeared in the films '''n Beetje Verliefd'' and ''Gangsterboys''. Early career Yes-R originates from East Amsterdam. Inspired by his cousin Ali B, he started rapping at the age of 12. Ali Bouali, known professionally as Ali B (born 16 October 1981), is a Dutch-Moroccan rapper. He is one of the most well known rappers in the Netherlands and he has performed together with Akon and Dutch artist Marco Borsato. In 2007 he made an Arab Remix of Akon's song "Ghetto."
