Historical Vaikundar
Historical Vaikundar (1809–1851) refers to the life and teachings of Ayya Vaikundar, as known in Akilathirattu Ammanai, being reconstructed from a historical perspective with reference to various historical sources in contrast to the mythological Akilamic views. Though few events referred to in the mythology have yet to be validated historically, many key events mentioned in Akilam were acknowledged by other contemporary sources. Ayya Vaikundar was the first to succeed as a social reformer in launching political struggle, social renaissance as well as religious reformation in the country. Vaikundar was the pioneer of the social revolutionaries of south India and Kerala. Research scholars regard Vaikundar as a teacher, healer and also a miracle worker. Vishnu
Vishnu ( ; , ), also known as Narayana and Hari, is one of the principal deities of Hinduism. He is the supreme being within Vaishnavism, one of the major traditions within contemporary Hinduism. Nizhal Thangal
Nizhal Thangal ( ta, நிழல் தாங்கல்) ( ml, നിഴൽ താങ്കൽ) also called Inai Thangals) are secondary worship places of the Ayyavazhi, often smaller in size than Pathis, built per the instructions of Akilattirattu Ammanai. Cleanliness is strictly enforced. Though the common people, mainly in early times call them as ''Narayanaswami koil'' or ''Narayanaswami pathi'', the Ayyavazhi scriptures consider these centers distinct from The Pathis. Nizhal Thangal Of Pambankulam
This Thangal of Pambankulam was the seventh among the Primary Nizhal Thangals (places of worship). It is west of Kadambankulam in the Tirunelveli- Kanyakumari National Highway east of Panakkudy. Avaraikulam
Avaraikulam is a village in the Tirunelveli district of Tamil Nadu, India. It is located 72 km from Tirunelveli and 20 km from Kanyakumari. Most residents are involved in agrarian activities. The Arulmigu Mutharamman Thirukovil Temple in the village is famous for its Vaigasi (A month in the Tamil calendar) Thiruvizha. Kadambankulam
Kadambankulam is a small village in the Radhapuram taluk of Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu in southern India. It is seven kilometers from the larger town of Valliyur. Kadambankulam, a hamlet in the extreme south of Vallioor, covers an area of 30 km2. As the major occupation of the villagers is agriculture, around 60% of the area is covered by agricultural land. Udangudi
Udangudi is a Panchayat town in Thoothukudi district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Demographics India census, Udangudi had a population of 19,738. Males constitute 49.92% of the population and females 50.07%. Udangudi has an average literacy rate of 93.18%, very much higher than the state average of 80.09%: male literacy is 95.08%, and female literacy is 91.30%.
