Hicksville is a village in Defiance County, Ohio, United States. The population was 3,581 at the 2010 census. It sits around 2.2 miles east from the Ohio- Indiana border. History Led by Henry W. The Green Meadows Conference is an OHSAA athletic league located in northwest Ohio. The eight member schools are all located in one of three counties: Defiance County, Paulding County, or Williams County. History ''source'': The Green Meadows Conference was formed as an athletic conference in 1962. Baseball is a bat-and-ball sport played between two teams of nine players each, taking turns batting and fielding.
