Herharaya
Herharaya (alternatively Harhraya, Herhrayya; ) is a township in the municipality and administrative division of Jdaidet Ghazir – Harharaya – Qattine in the Keserwan District of the Keserwan-Jbeil Governorate in Lebanon. The town is about north of Beirut. It has an average elevation of above sea level and its total land area is . The municipality of is a member of Municipal Federation of Kesrouane Al Ftouh. Philippe Ziade (businessman)
Philippe Khalil Ziade (; born April 13, 1976) is a Lebanese-American entrepreneur and the honorary consul of Lebanon in Nevada. He is the founder and chairman of Las-Vegas based Growth Holdings. Ziade is engaged in Lebanese politics and expat affairs. Philippe Ziade was born in Herharaya al-Qattine in Lebanon and immigrated to the US in 1998. He settled in Las Vegas where he completed a double major in Mechanical and civil engineering. During the 2007–2008 global financial crisis Ziade acquired, remolded, and sold distressed properties. His parent firm, Growth Holdings, manages a portfolio of 24 subsidiary companies operating in the US, Europe, Japan and the Middle East. Ignatius Ziadé (also Ignace Ziade; ar, إغناطيوس زياده, 26 January 1906 in Herharaya, Lebanon – 31 March 1994 in Beirut, Lebanon) was the Archbishop of the Maronite Catholic Archeparchy of Aleppo and the Maronite Catholic Archeparchy of Beirut. Life Igntius Ziadé was born in Herharaya in the Keserwan District, Mount Lebanon Governorate, in Lebanon. He was consecrated to priesthood at the age of 23 on 26 May 1929 in Syria. On 27 April 1946 he was appointed Bishop of the Maronite Catholic Archeparchy of Aleppo. His episcopal ordination was celebrated on November 24, 1946 by then-Maronite Patriarch of Antioch Anthony Peter Arida, and his co-consecrators were François Ayoub, Archeparch of Cyprus and Pietro Dib, Eparch of Cairo.
