Hera Pheri (1976 Film)
''Hera Pheri'' () is a 1976 Hindi crime film directed by Prakash Mehra and starring Amitabh Bachchan, Saira Banu, Vinod Khanna, Sulakshana Pandit, Shreeram Lagoo and Asrani. The film's music is by Kalyanji Anandji and the lyrics were by Anjaan, Indeevar. Vinod Khanna received a Filmfare nomination for Best Supporting Actor. This is one of six films that Vinod Khanna and Amitabh Bachchan starred together in. At the time, the pairing of the two actors often made the film quite successful, especially since both actors were rising stars gunning for the top spot in Hindi Cinema. The movie was an inspiration for the 1978 Telugu movie ''Rama Krishnulu''. Plot Vijay and Ajay are two small-time crooks, who loot other rich 'respected' but criminal-minded people for a living. Prakash Mehra
Prakash Mehra (13 July 1939 – 17 May 2009) was a legendary Indian film director and producer known for his work in Hindi films. He was one of the pioneers of masala films, along with Nasir Hussain, and Manmohan Desai. His collaborations with the actor Amitabh Bachchan resulted in several box office blockbusters and classics. ''Rama Krishnulu'' is a 1978 Indian Telugu-language action drama film, produced and directed by V. B. Rajendra Prasad under his Jagapathi Art Pictures banner. It stars N. T. Kishore Kumar
Kishore Kumar (born as Abhas Kumar Ganguly (); 4 August 1929 – 13 October 1987) was an Indian playback singer and actor. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest, most influential and dynamic singers in the history of Indian music. He was one of the most popular singers in the Indian subcontinent, notable for his yodeling and ability to sing songs in different voices. He used to sing in different genres but some of his rare compositions, considered classics, were lost in time. Moolchand
Moolchand was a prolific character actor in Hindi and Panjabi cinema, who was active from 1950 to his death in the late 1980s. He appeared in over 250 films. These films spanned the parallel cinema of Guru Dutt to the wrestler films of Dara Singh. He is known for his big stomach. The first known appearance of Moolchand is in 1950. Randhir was an Indian character actor in Hindi and Punjabi films who was active from the 1940s to the 1980s. He appeared in over 172 films. Originally, he played side heroes or the friend of the hero. On a few occasions, he even played the hero. One of his most famous hero's friend roles was in ''Dil Deke Dekho'' (1959).
