Heorhiy Ivanytskyy
Heorhiy Ivanytskyy ( uk, Георгій Іваницький; born 6 May 1992 in Lviv, Ukraine) is a Ukrainian archer. He is champion and bronze medalist of the 2015 European Games. He won silver medal at the 2021 European Championships in team event and multiple medals at the World Indoor Archery Championships. Career Ivanytskyy started archery in 2005 and made his international debut in 2008. After several international successes in junior competitions, including two medals at the World Indoor Archery Championships, he became member of the senior national team. The first international success for Ivanytskyy at the senior level came in 2014 when he together with Markiyan Ivashko and Olympic champion Viktor Ruban won the men's team competition at the 2014 World Indoor Championships in France. 2012 World Indoor Archery Championships
South Point Hotel, competition venue. The 2012 World Indoor Target Archery Championships was the 11th edition of the World Indoor Archery Championships. The event was held in Las Vegas, United States from February 5 to February 9, 2012 and was organized by International Archery Federation (FITA). The event was contested at the South Point Hotel, and the event was followed by the World Archery Festival and the finals of the second Indoor Archery World Cup. Mauro Nespoli (born 22 November 1987, in Voghera) is an Italian archer who was a member of the Italian teams that won gold at the 2012 Summer Olympics and silver at the 2008 Summer Olympics. and individual silver at Tokyo 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics. Biography Nespoli was born in Voghera (Province of Pavia), the place where he has always lived. He first saw some archers when he was nine, while he was spending his holidays in Aprica (Sondrio). His coach is Luciano Malovini, who was an archer of the Paralympic Italian National Team. In spite of his hard training and attending archery events, Nespoli could achieve good marks at school. He got his graduation Diploma in 2006 and he is now attending university, in Pavia, studying Computer Engineering. Natalia Valeeva (born 15 November 1969 in Tîrnauca, Transnistria) is a naturalized Italian archer. She is a five-time Olympian and former world number one, and a native of Moldova, having represented the Unified Team, Moldova and Italy, at the Olympic Games of 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008 and 2012. Archery At The 2015 European Games
At the 2015 European Games in Baku, five events of archery were contested, all in the target archery format, with recurve bows. The events took place at the Tofiq Bahramov Stadium over seven days of competition. The European Games format followed that of the Olympic Games with 64 men and 64 women competing in the recurve division, in individual and team events as well as in mixed team. Qualification A total of 128 athletes will compete at the Games. Each National Olympic Committee (NOC) is permitted to enter a maximum of six competitors, three per gender. NOCs that qualified teams for a particular gender were able to send a three-member team to the team event and also have each member compete in the individual event. Oleksii Ihorovych Hunbin ( uk, Олексій Ігорович Гунбін; born 8 November 1992 in Sumy, Ukraine) is a Ukrainian archer. He represented Ukraine at the 2020 Summer Olympics in men's individual and mixed team competition. He won silver medal at the 2021 European Championships in team event. Career Hunbin started archery in 2010 and is now sports master of international class. He is righthanded. Hunbin participated at the 2017 Summer Universiade in Taipei, where he reached quarterfinals in individual competition and round of 16 in both men's and mixed team competitions.
