Oslo
Oslo ( , , or ; sma, Oslove) is the capital and most populous city of Norway. It constitutes both a county and a municipality. Linn Githmark
Linn Catharina Cavallius Githmark (born 26 September 1982) is a Norwegian curler who has skipped her country to a world junior title, and also played on the Norwegian team that won a silver medal at the world championships. Githmark played on the teams representing Norway in world junior championships from 1997 to 2004, and was skip on all but two occasions. She led her team to the gold medal in 2004. Githmark made her world championship debut in 2004, taking Hanne Woods' place as third on the team skipped by former world champion Dordi Nordby. Norway won the silver medal at the 2004 world championship, followed by bronze medals at the European Championships later in the year, and at the 2005 worlds. Kristin Moen Skaslien (born 18 January 1986) is a Norwegian curler from Fornebu. She currently throws fourth stones on Team Marianne Rørvik. She was lead for the Norwegian team at the 2009 Mount Titlis World Women's Curling Championship in Gangneung, Korea, the 2010 Ford World Women's Curling Championship in Swift Current, Canada. the 2011 Capital One World Women's Curling Championship in Esbjerg, Denmark and the 2015 World Women's Curling Championship in Sapporo, Japan. Curling
Curling is a sport in which players slide stones on a sheet of ice toward a target area which is segmented into four concentric circles. It is related to bowls, boules, and shuffleboard. Two teams, each with four players, take turns sliding heavy, polished granite stones, also called ''rocks'', across the ice ''curling sheet'' toward the ''house'', a circular target marked on the ice. Each team has eight stones, with each player throwing two. The purpose is to accumulate the highest score for a ''game''; points are scored for the stones resting closest to the centre of the house at the conclusion of each ''end'', which is completed when both teams have thrown all of their stones once. Swift Current is the fifth largest city in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It is situated along the Trans Canada Highway west of Moose Jaw, and east of Medicine Hat, Alberta.
