Hendryk Schamberger
Hendryk Schamberger (born 11 May 1968) is a German former competitive ice dancer. With Jennifer Goolsbee, he is a four-time German national champion and placed ninth at the 1994 Winter Olympics. Personal life Hendryk Schamberger was born to the German former ice dancers Martha and Hans-Jürgen Schamberger. He studied medicine at university during and after the end of his figure skating career. His main profession is orthopedic physician. Career Hendryk Schamberger started skating in 1978 and represented the RSC Essen club. He skated with Andrea Weppelmann from 1985 until 1990, winning the German national title in 1989. They placed as high as tenth at the European Championships (1989) and 14th at the World Championships (1989). Weppelmann/Schamberger parted ways after placing third at the 1990 German Championships. Sascha Rabe (born 31 October 1985) is a German former competitive ice dancer. With partner Rina Thieleke, he finished in twelfth place at the 2005 World Junior Championships and won the silver medal at the 2005–2006 ISU Junior Grand Prix event in Japan. Skate Canada International
The Skate Canada International is an international, senior-level invitation-only figure skating competition organized by Skate Canada. It is the second competition of the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating season. The location changes yearly. Medals are awarded in four disciplines: men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. The first Skate Canada International was held in 1973. The 1987 competition in Calgary was the test event for the 1988 Winter Olympic Games. It was added to the Grand Prix series in 1995, the year the series began. The European Figure Skating Championships is an annual figure skating competition in which figure skaters compete for the title of European champion. ''Dancing on Ice'' is a British television series presented by Phillip Schofield alongside Holly Willoughby from 2006 to 2011, who then returned in 2018, and Christine Bleakley from 2012 to 2014.
