David Kerr (born July 16, 1948) is a former American politician in the state of Iowa. He was elected to the Iowa House of Representatives in 2016. There are 100 seats in the Iowa House of Representatives, representing 100 single-member districts across the state, formed by dividing the 50 Senate districts in half.
