Heissler Rafael Guillent Ecker (born 17 December 1986) is a Venezuelan professional basketball player for Guaiqueríes de Margarita and . Professional career In his pro club career, Guillent has played in both the South American 2nd-tier level FIBA South American League, and the South American top-tier level FIBA Americas League. In October 2019, Guillent signed with Astros de Jalisco in Mexico. Guillent led the LNBP in assists. In February 2021, Guillent signed with Guaiqueríes de Margarita in Venezuela. National team career Guillent has been a member of the senior men's Venezuelan national basketball team. The Superliga Profesional de Baloncesto, commonly known as the SPB, is the Venezuelan first division national professional basketball league. Basketball At The 2015 Pan American Games – Men's Tournament
The men's basketball tournament at the 2015 Pan American Games was held in Toronto, Canada at the Ryerson Athletic Centre from July 21 to 25. For these Games, the men competed in an 8-team tournament. The teams were grouped into two pools of four teams each for a round-robin preliminary round. The top two teams in each group will advance to a single elimination bracket. Puerto Rico are the defending champions from the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara, defeating Mexico, 74–72 in the final. The 2011 FIBA Americas Championship for Men, later known as the FIBA AmeriCup, was the qualifying tournament for FIBA Americas, at the 2012 Summer Olympics men's basketball tournament, in London. The FIBA AmeriCup (previously known as the FIBA Americas Championship) is the Americas Basketball Championship that takes place every four years between national teams of the Western Hemisphere continents. Since FIBA organised the entire Western Hemisphere west of the Atlantic Ocean under one zone, countries from North America, Central America, the Caribbean and South America compete in this tournament. Through the 2015 edition, the Americas Championship took place every two years, and was also a qualifying tournament for the FIBA World Cup and the Summer Olympic Games.
