Heidi Skjerve
Heidi Skjerve (born 24 July 1979 in Rennebu, Norway) is a Norwegian jazz musician (singer) and composer. Career Skjerve is a skilled, experienced and versatile jazz singer with a background of Jazz and music technology studies on the Jazz program at Trondheim Musikkonservatorium (1998–2002), including studies at Kungliga Musikhögskolan in Stockholm. She collaborated within the Trondheim Voices for several years, as well as appearing as soloist with the Trondheim Jazz Orchestra, participated within the Swedish improvisation ensemble "Northern Alliance" (2001), participated in ''The Sources of Christmas'' (2002) and on ''Spill'' (2002) with traditional folk musicians "Flukt", and contributed to the Barramundi/Lina Langendorf Quartet, and Ståle Storløkken's "S. Rennebu
Rennebu is a municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. It is part of the Orkdalen region. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Berkåk, located along European route E6. The majority of the population lives in the villages of Berkåk, Innset, Stamnan, Ulsberg, Voll, and Nerskogen. The municipality is the 123rd largest by area out of the 356 municipalities in Norway. Thom Hell (born 19 March 1976) is a Norwegian singer-songwriter. His birth name is Thomas Helland. He has released several EPs, albums, and singles. After using his backing band "The Love Connection" (Bjarte Jørgensen, Frank Hammersland, Marte Wulff, Jørn Raknes and Vidar Ersfjord) on the two first albums and the following tours, he then formed a new backing band consisting of different people from the Norwegian music scene (Even Ormestad, Thomas Aslaksen, Kjetil Grande, Asbjørn Ribe) Hell also contributes on Norwegian singer-songwriter Marit Larsen's album ''Under the Surface'' where he joins Larsen in a duet for the song "To an End". Trygve Waldemar Fiske
Trygve Waldemar Fiske (born 15 February 1987 in Frei, Norway) is a Norwegian jazz musician (upright bass), known from different Norwegian jazz bands and recordings. Career Fiske was educated on the jazz program at Trondheim Musikkonsevatorium, and the Norwegian Academy of Music. He played in Heidi Skjerve Quartet ''Vegen Åt Deg'' (2012) and Hanna Paulsberg Concept '' Waltz For Lilli'' (2012). After receiving the Shell Oil Company's Jazz Scholarship in 2013, Fiske started up his own quartet, Waldemar 4. They have offered performances at Norwegian jazz festivals like Moldejazz and the Kongsberg Jazz Festival, and released their self-titled debut album in 2015. Vigleik Storaas
Vigleik Storaas (born 2 February 1963) is a Norwegian jazz pianist and composer, and the younger brother of composer and bassist Gaute Storaas. He is known from a series of album releases and collaborations with jazz musicians such as Norma Winstone, Karin Krog, Terje Rypdal, Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen, Chet Baker, Jack DeJohnette and Warne Marsh. Career Storås was born in Bergen, and studied music at the U-Phils High School in Bergen before attending the Jazz program at Trondheim Musikkonservatorium (1982–84), what today is the Department of Music Technology (NTNU), where he was the leader of the Bodega Band (1990–1996), and is now Assistant Professor. During the 1980s, Storaas played with the bands Kråbøl, Søyr, Bjørn Alterhaug Band and Fair Play, and was the bandleader of the group Lines (1987–92).
