Heavy Metal Payback
''Heavy Metal Payback'' is the sixth solo album by German rapper Bushido, released 10 October 2008 under the record label ersguterjunge. The title of the album was taken from an earlier song titled "Heavy Metal Payback" from ''Aggro Ansage Nr. 2''. Three singles were released: "Ching Ching", "Für immer jung" (feat. Karel Gott), and "Kennst du die Stars" (feat. Oliver Pocher). The album sold over 100,000 copies and received gold status in Germany. Production The album was co-produced by Bushido. Most of the songs were produced by Martin Stock and Beatlefield (DJ Stickle & Chakuza). Bushido organized an orchestra and a choir to record them. The orchestra was recorded in the great hall of slowakish radio and the recordings were mixed by DJ Stickle in the studio. Martin Stock conducted the orchestra. Bushido (rapper)
Anis Mohamed Youssef Ferchichi (born 28 September 1978), better known by his alias Bushido, is a German rapper, hip-hop producer, and entrepreneur. He is also the co-founder of the record label ersguterjunge. Raised in Berlin, Ferchichi came in contact with hip-hop through graffiti and his friend and fellow rapper Fler. In 2001, Ferchichi released his demo ''King of KingZ'', which later led him to sign a record label deal with Aggro Berlin. Ferchichi's first official release was ''Carlo Cokxxx Nutten'' in 2002, a collaboration with Fler. The GfK Entertainment charts are the official music charts in Germany and are gathered and published by GfK Entertainment (formerly Media Control and Media Control GfK International), a subsidiary of GfK, on behalf of Bundesverband Musikindustrie. GfK Entertainment is the provider of weekly Top 100 single and album charts, as well as various other chart formats for genres like compilations, jazz, classical music, schlager, hip hop, dance, comedy, and music videos. Following a lawsuit in March 2014 by Media Control AG, Media Control® GfK International had to change its name. Jean-Michel André Jarre (; born 24 August 1948) is a French composer, performer and record producer. He is a pioneer in the electronic, ambient and new-age genres, and is known for organising outdoor spectacles featuring his music, accompanied by vast laser displays, large projections and fireworks. Cassandra Steen (born 9 February 1980) is a German-American singer who rose to fame as the lead singer of the pop/soul trio Glashaus. After a series of commercially successful releases with the group, she released her moderately successful solo debut album '' Seele mit Herz'' in 2003 and has been active as both a solo artist and as part of Glashaus since. Kenneth Glöckler (born 7 September 1984) is a German rapper known as Kay One. He is also known as Prince Kay One. Peter Pangerl (born 22 February 1981), better known as Chakuza, is an Austrian rapper. Career After finishing an apprenticeship to become chef, he teamed up with DJ Stickle and MC J and formed the hip hop group ''Verbale Systematik''. When MC J left the group in 2002, they changed their name to ''Beatlefield'' and became a production duo. In 2005, the two of them approached Bushido and handed him a demo tape of theirs, which consisted of numerous beats and one song. At about the same time Austrian police had taken Bushido in because of battery allegations, and during the trial the rapper was not allowed to leave Austria. Oliver Pocher
Oliver Pocher (born 18 February 1978) is a German comedian, entertainer, television personality and host. Early life and professional training Pocher is the son of Gerhard and Jutta Pocher; he was born and grew up in Hanover, West Germany. His parents are Jehovah's Witnesses and he too was raised as one. In 2007, Pocher stated that, unlike his parents, he had no contact with the organisation anymore as he claimed "not to have agreed with their rules".
