Hayat Ali Shah Bukhari
Syed Hayat Ali Shah Bukhari (; 12 April 1949 – 2 November 2020) was a Pakistani radio, TV and film artist, dramatist and film director. He wrote more than 200 serials and plays for radio and TV channels. He also served as a journalist and columnist. He was associated with the Sindhi-language ''Daily'' ''Ibrat'' at the time of his death in 2020. Early life Syed Hayat Ali Shah was born on 12 April 1949 in village Hatri near Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan. His father, Syed Ghaus Ali Shah, was a landlord. He received primary education in his hometown, Hatri. One of his teachers, Syed Saleh Muhammad Shah, was a famous radio and TV artist. Young Bukhari was highly inspired by his teacher and decided to pursue a career as an artist and broadcaster. He passed his matriculation examination from Noor Muhammad High School Hyderabad and intermediate from Sachal Arts College Hyderabad. Sindhi People
Sindhis ( sd, سنڌي Perso-Arabic: सिन्धी Devanagari; ) are an Indo-Aryan ethnic group who speak the Sindhi language and are native to the province of Sindh in Pakistan. After the partition of British Indian empire in 1947, many Sindhi Hindus and Sindhi Sikhs migrated to the newly independent Dominion of India and other parts of the world. Pakistani Sindhis are predominantly Muslim with a smaller Sikh and Hindu minority, whereas Indian Sindhis are predominantly Hindu with a Sikh, Jain and Muslim minority. Sindhi people have been native to Sindh throughout history, apart from that their historical region has always came from the South-eastern side of Balochistan, the Bahawalpur region of Punjab and the Kutch region of Gujarat, India. Hirabad, Hyderabad
Hirabad (sometimes spelt Heerabad; ur, ﮨیرا آباد; sd, هيرا آباد; ''“Diamond Town”'') is one of the oldest parts of the city of Hyderabad in Sindh, Pakistan. Before partition in 1947, Hirabad was a thriving township of wealthy Hindu Sindwork merchants and traders who generally belonged to the Amil and Bhaiband castes of Hindu Lohanas. When the town was settled in the 1920s and 1930s, these Hindu merchants build extravagant palatial houses for themselves.
