Haryana Cricket Team
The Haryana cricket team is a domestic cricket team run by the Haryana Cricket Association, representing the state of Haryana, India. The team participates in the Ranji Trophy, the top tier domestic first-class cricket tournament in India, as well as the Vijay Hazare Trophy, the top tier domestic List A tournament in India, and the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, a domestic T20 tournament in India. It has won the Ranji Trophy once and finished as runner-up once. It has also won the Irani Cup once. The great Indian all-rounder, Kapil Dev, played for Haryana at the domestic level. Competition history Haryana have appeared in two Ranji Trophy finals. The first time, in 1986 against Delhi, resulted in a heavy defeat. Harshal Patel
Harshal Patel (born 23 November 1990) is an Indian international cricketer who plays for the Indian cricket Team. He plays for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League and Haryana in the domestic cricket. Patel made his international debut on 19th November 2021 against New Zealand. Early life A right-arm seamer with an effective slower ball, Patel took 23 wickets at an impressive average of in the 2008-09 Under-19 Vinoo Mankad Trophy. He later made his one-day debut for Gujarat in 2009–10. Harshal's family had planned to move to USA, but his brother Tapan Patel saw to it that he stayed on in India for the sake of his cricket. Mumbai Cricket Team
The Mumbai cricket team is a cricket team representing the city of Mumbai in Indian domestic cricket. The team's primary home ground is the Wankhede Stadium in South Mumbai. Secondary home venues include the MCA ground in Bandra Kurla Complex Ground and Brabourne Stadium. The team comes under the West Zone designation. It was formerly known as the Bombay cricket team, but changed when the city was officially renamed from Bombay to Mumbai. Wills Trophy
The Wills One-Day Trophy (named after sponsor Wills of ITC Limited), commonly referred to as the Wills Trophy, was an Indian List A cricket tournament organized by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Established in the 1977–78 season, it was played to find the best limited overs side of the domestic season as only the Ranji Trophy had inter-zonal finals. The annual tournament was played between seven sides, the five zonal winners and two composite teams, Wills XI (named after the title sponsor) and Indian Board President XI. Till the 1992–93 season, the team finishing first in each Zone of the Ranji Trophy qualified to play this tournament. Faridabad is the most populous city in the Indian state of Haryana and a part of Delhi National Capital Region. The Nahar Singh Stadium previously known as Mayur Stadium is a cricket stadium in the Indian city of Faridabad. The last official match played here was an ODI between India and England on 31 March 2006. Vinod Kambli (; born 18 January 1972) is a former Indian international Cricketer, who played for India as a left-handed middle order batsman, as well as for Mumbai and Boland, South Africa. Javagal Srinath, (, born 31 August 1969) is a former Indian cricketer and currently an ICC match referee. He is considered among India's finest fast bowlers, and was the first Indian fast bowler to take more than 300 wickets in One Day Internationals. Srinath was a frontline fast bowler for the Indian cricket team until his retirement, and the second Indian pace bowler after Kapil Dev to take 200 Test match wickets.
