Harold Hugh MacKay, (born August 1, 1940) is a Canadian lawyer and corporate director. Education He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1960 from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1963 from Dalhousie University. In the United Kingdom and in some Commonwealth of Nations, Commonwealth countries, a King's Counsel (Post-nominal letters, post-nominal initials KC) during the reign of a king, or Queen's Counsel (post-nominal initials QC) during the reign of a queen regnant, queen, is a lawyer (usually a barrister or advocate) who is typically a senior trial lawyer.
