Harish Naval
Dr. Harish Naval (born 8 January 1947) is working with the Indian Council for Cultural Relations, under the Ministry of External Affairs (Government of India) as chief editor of the international literary journal ''Gaganachal''. He retired as professor of Hindi literature at Hindu College and he was the head of the department of Hindi. Naval has authored several Hindi books, articles and screenplays for television. Work He worked as a professor of Hindi literature at Hindu College, University of Delhi, and he was the head of Hindi department. The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), is an autonomous organisation of the Government of India, involved in India's global cultural relations, through cultural exchange with other countries and their people. It was founded on 9 April 1950 by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, the first Education Minister of independent India. The ICCR Headquarter is situated at Azad Bhavan, I.P. Hindi literature ( hi, हिन्दी साहित्य, translit=hindī sāhitya) includes literature in the various Hindi language which have writing systems. Earliest forms of Hindi literature are attested in poetry of Apabhraṃśa like Awadhi, Magadhi, Ardhamagadhi and Marwari languages.
