Hari (director)
Hari Gopalakrishnan is an Indian film director best known for his action film, action and masala film, masala films in Tamil cinema. He made his directorial debut with ''Thamizh'' (2002). He later directed films such as ''Saamy'' (2003), ''Kovil (film), Kovil'' (2004), ''Ayya (2005 Tamil film), Ayya'' (2005), ''Thaamirabharani'' (2007), ''Vel (film), Vel'' (2007) and the ''Singam (film series), Singam film series'' (2010-2017). He mostly directed Coimbatore, Dindigul District, Dindigul, Tenkasi district, Tenkasi and Thoothukudi-Tirunelveli district based movies. Early life Hari was born in the Thoothukudi district in Tamil Nadu, India. His father, Gopalakrishnan, runs a grocery store. Tirunelveli (, ta, திருநெல்வேலி, translit=Tirunelveli) also known as Nellai ( ta, நெல்லை, translit=Nellai) and historically (during British rule) as Tinnevelly, is a major city in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Prashanth Thiagarajan (born 6 April 1973), known professionally as Prashanth, is an Indian actor and businessman, known for his works predominantly in Tamil cinema. Besides Tamil films, he has also appeared in few Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam films. At the peak of his career in the late 1990s, Prashanth was one of the popular actors in South India. He has won a Kalaimamani Award from the Government of Tamil Nadu. M. Nassar (born 5 March 1958) is an Indian actor, director, producer, dubbing artist, singer and politician who mainly works in the Tamil and Telugu film industries he has also worked in few Malayalam, English and Hindi films. He is the incumbent president of the Nadigar Sangam. Early life and education Nassar was born on 5 March 1958 to Mehaboob Basha and Mumtaz in Tamil Nadu, India. Ameerjan
Ameerjan was an Indian film director, who has directed Tamil films. He was primarily active in the 1984-1991 and is most noted for his work on films featuring actors Murali and Karthik. Career Ameerjan began his career as a protégé to director K. Balachander and then won critical acclaim for his directorial debut in 1984 with ''Poovilangu'', which starred actors Murali and Kuyili in the lead roles. He went on to direct more than 20 feature films, both in Tamil and Telugu, often collaborating with actors Murali and Karthik. Ameerjan also worked on a high-budget action film '' Siva'' (1989) featuring Rajinikanth as well as on socially relevant films such as '' Thulasi'' (1987). As opportunities declined, he began assisting K. Balachander when he started making television shows and also directed his own shows.
