Hao Feng-ming
Hao Feng-ming (; born 19 September 1959) is a Taiwanese politician. He has served as the Political Deputy Minister of Labor since 17 February 2014. Education Hao received his bachelor's degree in law from the National Chung Hsing University. He obtained his master's and doctoral degrees in law from the Universite de Droit in France. Early career Hao held several positions in the academia, such as the Vice President, Professor and Dean of the Law Department at National Chung Cheng University and a lecturer at the Judges and Prosecutors Training Institute of the Ministry of Justice. The Ministry of Justice (MOJ, ) is a ministerial level governmental body of the Republic of China (Taiwan), responsible for carrying out various judicial functions. History Taiwan's first Justice Ministry was created in 1895 under Japan's Ministry of Justice, founded in 1871 during the Meiji era, when Taiwan was under colonial rule. The Ministry of Justice was established in 1912 upon the establishment of the Republic of China, with the first Minister of Justice being Mao Zhuquan. After China was unified under the Nationalist government, the Judicial Yuan was inaugurated and the ministry was renamed the Ministry of Judicial Administration and placed under administration of the Judicial Yuan. In 1943, the ministry was shifted from the Judicial Yuan to the Executive Yuan. After the Chinese Civil War in 1949, the administration was shifted to Taipei. Executive Yuan
The Executive Yuan () is the executive branch of the government of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Its leader is the Premier, who is appointed by the President of the Republic of China, and requires confirmation by the Legislative Yuan. Under the amended constitution, the head of the Executive Yuan is the Premier who is positioned as the head of government and has the power to appoint members to serve in the cabinet, while the ROC President is the head of state under the semi-presidential system, who can appoint the Premier and nominate the members of the cabinet. Taichung County
Taichung County was a county in central Taiwan between 1945 and 2010. The county seat was in Yuanlin Township before 1950 and Fongyuan City after 1950. History Taichung County was established on 26 November 1945 on the territory of Taichū Prefecture () shortly after the end of World War II. In the early years, Taichung County consists of most territory of Taichū Prefecture except the territory near cities of Taichū (Taichung) and Shōka (Changhua). The county is subdivide into districts (), which is reformed from Japanese districts (). The districts are divided into townships. On 16 August 1950, another division reform was implemented. The southern part of the county was separated and established Changhua County and Nantou County. Chiayi (, Taiwanese Hokkien, Taigi Pe̍h-ōe-jī, POJ: ''Ka-gī''; ), officially known as Chiayi City, is a Provincial city (Taiwan), city located in the plains of southwestern Taiwan. Formerly called ''Kagee'' during the late Qing dynasty and ''Kagi'' during the Taiwan under Japanese rule, Japanese era (), its historical name is ''Tirosen''. National Chung Cheng University (CCU; ) is a national university in Minxiong Township, Chiayi County, Taiwan. CCU is a member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. History National Chung Cheng University was the first public university established after Taiwan's economic boom of the 1980s.
