Hans Nunoo Sarpei (born 22 August 1998) is a Ghanaian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Veikkausliiga club HJK. Career VfB Stuttgart In August 2016 Sarpei moved to VfB Stuttgart. He made his professional debut for Stuttgart on 25 October 2016 in the 2016–17 DFB-Pokal against Borussia Mönchengladbach. On 6 October 2018, Sarpei made his Bundesliga debut for VfB Stuttgart against Hannover 96. FK Senica (loan) On 5 September 2017, Sarpei was loaned out to FK Senica until the end of the season. Sportverein Sandhausen 1916 e.V., commonly known as simply SV Sandhausen or Sandhausen, is a German association football club that plays in Sandhausen, immediately to the south of Heidelberg in Baden-Württemberg. 2017–18 Slovak First Football League
The 2017–18 Slovak First Football League (known as the Slovak Fortuna Liga for sponsorship reasons) was the 25th season of first-tier football league in Slovakia, since its establishment in 1993. MŠK Žilina were the defending champions, after winning their 7th Slovak championship. Format changes Starting from this season, the competition format was changed. The previous 33-match round robin structure was replaced by a regular stage round of 22 games and a playoff round, where 12 teams are divided into two groups: championship group (top-6 teams after regular stage) and relegation group (bottom 6 teams). The playoff round uses a 10-game round robin structure. The 2016–17 VfB Stuttgart season is the 124th season and the first season since being relegated from the Bundesliga during the 2015–16 season. This is the first time in 41 years that Stuttgart were relegated. Background Stuttgart were relegated after finishing in 17th place in the Bundesliga. They were sent down after a 3–1 loss to VfL Wolfsburg. This is their first relegation since 1975. Jürgen Kramny was demoted to head coach of the reserve team. He was replaced by Jos Luhukay. The DFB-Pokal ( is a German knockout football cup competition held annually by the German Football Association (DFB). Sixty-four teams participate in the competition, including all clubs from the Bundesliga and the 2. Bundesliga. It is considered the second-most important club title in German football after the Bundesliga championship. Taking place from August until May, the winner qualifies for the DFL-Supercup and the UEFA Europa League unless the winner already qualifies for the UEFA Champions League in the Bundesliga. Hans Adu Sarpei (born 28 June 1976) is a Ghanaian former professional footballer who played as a full-back. He also was a long time regular for the Ghana national team. Sarpei most recently played for his country at the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa. Club career Sarpei was born in Tema. He was with VfL Wolfsburg for six seasons, where he extended his contract until 30 June 2007 in February 2004. He joined Wolfsburg in 2001 and made over 130 appearances for the Wolves. At the end of the 2006–07 Bundesliga season, then Wolfsburg manager Klaus Augenthaler decided not to renew Sarpei's contract.
