Hans Hein Theodor Nysom
Hans Hein Theodor Nysom (5 September 1845 – 28 August 1903) was a Norwegian politician with the Liberal Party, a cabinet minister and member of Norwegian Parliament. Nysom was born at Botne in Vestfold, Norway. He was a grandchild of priest and politician Hans Hein Nysom. He originally made a career in the military, but from 1874 he worked with canals and timber raftings. From 1884 to 1892 he was the chairman of the Norwegian Polytechnic Society. In 1891, he was appointed to the cabinet of Prime Minister Johannes Steens. He served as Minister of Auditing and Minister of Labour on 6 March 1891. On 27 November the same year he left the position as Minister of Auditing. He left the Ministry of Labour on 1 May 1893. He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament in 1895, representing the constituency of Kristiania, Hønefoss og Kongsvinger. He was re-elected in 1898. Knud Bryn
Knud Ørn Bryn (15 March 1855 – 28 May 1941) was a Norwegian engineer and industrialist. He was one of the pioneers in the development of modern hydropower plants in Norway. Biography Bryn was born in Trondheim, Norway. He was the son of Thomas Bryn (1813-1902) and Kristine Emilie Caroline Richter (1825-1869). He was the brother of anthropologist Halfdan Bryn and engineer Alfred Bryn. Bryn graduated from the Trondheim Technical School (''Trondhjems Tekniske Læreanstalt'') in 1874 and completed engineering exam at the Technical University of Munich in 1877. He worked first as an engineer at various railway. In 1883, he established the Trondheim Electric Bureau. In 1884, Bryn moved Christiania (now Oslo). Jørgen Gunnarsson Løvland (3 February 1848 – 21 August 1922) was a Norwegian educator and civil servant of the Liberal Party who served as the 10th prime minister of Norway from 1907 to 1908. Background Løvland was born at Lauvland in Evje (''Lauvland i Evje herad'') in Aust-Agder, Norway. He came from a farming family. Peder Nilsen
Peder Nilsen (22 February 1846 – 25 July 1921) was a Norwegian politician for the Conservative Party. Nilsen was born at Tønsberg in Vestfold, Norway. He was trained as an engineer. Nilsen graduated from the Norwegian Military College in 1871. He was an assistant engineer at Rørosbanen and other railway construction from 1872 to 1878, district engineer and operations manager at Hamar- Tønsetbanen from 1878–1893. From 1897 to 1911 he was the manager at Hovedbanen. He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament in 1889, representing the constituency of ''Lillehammer, Hamar og Gjøvik''.
