Halis Özkahya
Halis Özkahya (born 30 May 1980) is a Turkish football referee. He officiated the 2012–13 UEFA Europa League group stage match between Lyon and Ironi Kiryat Shmona. He became a FIFA referee in 2009. The Süper Lig (, ''Super League''), officially known as Spor Toto Süper Lig for sponsorship reasons, is a Turkish professional league for association football clubs. It is the top-flight of the Turkish football league system and is run by the Turkish Football Federation. In association football, the referee is the person responsible for interpreting and enforcing the Laws of the Game during a match.
