Ibrahim Hashem
Ibrahim Hashem ( ar, إبراهيم هاشم; 1886 – 14 July 1958) was a Jordanian politician and judge, known primarily for serving five terms as Prime Minister. He died in Baghdad at the hands of a mob in front of the Iraqi Ministry of Defence during the 14 July Revolution. Early life Hashem was born in Nablus to a family which claimed to have descended from the Prophet. There are claims that he moved to Istanbul to receive education in 1904, when he was 16 years of age. In 1906, he enrolled at the Law School in Istanbul and graduated in 1910. After graduation, Hashem worked as an assistant to the Prosecutor General of Beirut, and as a judge in Jaffa until the outbreak of World War One. Though Hashem was enlisted as an Ottoman reserve officer during the War, he chose to flee after six months of service, owing to the massacre of Arab activists by Jamal Pasha. Hashemites
The Hashemites ( ar, الهاشميون, al-Hāshimīyūn), also House of Hashim, are the royal family of Jordan, which they have ruled since 1921, and were the royal family of the kingdoms of Hejaz (1916–1925), Syria (1920), and Iraq (1921–1958). The family had ruled the city of Mecca continuously from the 10th century, frequently as vassals of outside powers, and were given the thrones of the Hejaz, Syria, Iraq, and Jordan following their World War I alliance with the British Empire; this arrangement became known as the "Sharifian solution". Seyyed Hashem Aghajari ( fa, سیدهاشم آقاجری, born 1957) is an Iranian historian, university professor and a critic of the Islamic Republic's government who was sentenced to death in 2002 for apostasy for a speech he gave on Islam urging Iranians to "not blindly follow" Islamic clerics. Nadia Hashem (died 12 February 2023) was a Jordanian journalist and politician who served as minister of state for women's affairs from May 2012 to October 2012. She was the first woman state minister for women's affairs of Jordan. Education Hashem held a bachelor's degree in mathematics, which she received from Middlesex University. Ayatollah Mirza Hashem Amoli Larijani ( fa, لاریجانی میرزا هاشم آملی; 26 February 189925 February 1993) was an Iranian Shia Marja' and scholar of jurisprudence. Biography Hashem Amoli Larijani was born on 26 February 1899 in the Pardameh village of Larijan, Mazandaran province. He studied Islamic sciences in Amol, Tehran, and Qom. In Tehran, he studied in Sepahsalar school which was managed by Hassan Modarres. In 1926, he went to Qom and stayed for six years. Mirza Hashem Amoli Larijani achieved his Ijtihadlike a PhD in university educational degree from Abdul-Karim Ha'eri Yazdi and Muhammad Hujjat Kuh-Kamari.
