HNK Rijeka Academy
HNK Rijeka Academy is the youth academy of HNK Rijeka. There are a total of eleven age categories within the academy, the oldest being the ''Juniori'' (under-19) and youngest the ''Morčići'' (under-8). Rijeka's football academy was officially founded in 1972. More than 400 youth footballers attend the academy. Training camp HNK Rijeka's youth academy are based at the newly built training camp, located in the Rujevica neighbourhood, 4 km northwest of the city centre. Officially opened in August 2015 at a cost of €24 million, the training centre was financed by the owners of HNK Rijeka. In addition to four fields that are mainly used by the club's youth teams, the facility also houses Stadion Rujevica, the first team's temporary home ground during construction of new Kantrida. Stadion Rujevica
Stadion Rujevica (official name: Stadion HNK Rijeka, en, HNK Rijeka Stadium) is a stadium in the city of Rijeka, Croatia. The stadium is commonly referred to as Rujevica after its location. From August 2015, the stadium is a temporary home ground for HNK Rijeka during construction of the new Stadion Kantrida. The stadium is part of the training camp used by the club's youth academy, which includes four additional fields. Once the new Kantrida is built, the stadium will be used as the club's training ground. Construction The construction of the training centre commenced on 15 September 2014 and was financed by the owners of HNK Rijeka. Foča
Foča ( sr-Cyrl, Фоча, ) is a town and a municipality located in Republika Srpska in south-eastern Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the banks of Drina river. As of 2013, the town has a population of 12,234 inhabitants, while the municipality has 18,288 inhabitants. Kvarnerska Rivijera is one of the oldest youth football tournaments in the world, first played in 1953. The tournament is organised by HNK Rijeka, a Croatian football club, and attracts clubs from across Europe and other continents. It is held each year during the May–June period in Rijeka, Croatia, and its surroundings, including towns in the Istria County, the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County and the Lika-Senj County. Zdravko Šimić (born 8 September 1977) is a former Croatian footballer who plays as a midfielder for Sengkang Punggol of the Singapore S-League.
