Guintinua Island
Guintinua is one of the two major islands in the Calaguas group. It is located in Vinzons, Camarines Norte, Philippines, and is part of the Barangay Banocboc. The island is the second largest in the Calaguas group, measuring almost long. Since the 2010s, the island has become a tourist destination beyond its traditional local audience, though the increased tourism has been a concern for some. The island was named among summer escapes for travelers in 2018 by the Philippine Daily Inquirer. Camarines Norte
Camarines Norte ( bcl, Amihanan na Camarines; fil, Hilagang Camarines), officially the Province of Camarines Norte, is a Provinces of the Philippines, province in the Philippines located in the Bicol Region in Luzon. Its capital is Daet, Camarines Norte, Daet. The province borders Quezon to the west, Camarines Sur to the south, and the Philippine Sea to the north. It has historically been a Bikol speaking region. Vinzons, officially the Municipality of Vinzons ( tl, Bayan ng Vinzons), is a 3rd class municipality of the Philippines, municipality in the Philippine Province, province of Camarines Norte, Philippines. Daet, Camarines Norte
Daet (), officially the Municipality of Daet ( bcl, Banwaan kan Daet; tl, Bayan ng Daet), is a 1st class municipality and capital of the province of Camarines Norte, Philippines. Paracale, officially the Municipality of Paracale ( tl, Bayan ng Paracale), is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Camarines Norte, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 60,198 people. Paracle’s economy is driven by agriculture and small scale, often informal gold mining and gold ore processing.
