Guadalajara–Yebes railway station (Spanish: Estación de Guadalajara–Yebes) is a railway station near Guadalajara, Spain, on the Madrid–Barcelona high-speed rail line. A commercial service began in 2003 when the section between Madrid and Zaragoza opened. Madrid–Barcelona High-speed Rail Line
The Madrid–Barcelona high-speed rail line is a standard gauge railway line inaugurated on 20 February 2008. Designed for speeds of and compatibility with neighbouring countries' rail systems, it connects the cities of Madrid and Barcelona in 2 hours 30 minutes. In Barcelona the line is connected with the Perpignan–Barcelona high-speed rail line leading into France which connects it to the European high speed network. Trains are operated by the national railway Renfe under the AVE and Avlo brands, and by private competitors Ouigo España and Iryo.
