Green TV Entertainment is a Pakistani entertainment television channel under the administration of Inter-Services Public Relations via a registered company called Al-Kamal Media. It is licensed by PEMRA. History The channel launched on 10 July 2023. The channel started its test transmission on 28 April 2023. The channel's initial outreach was marked by an official sound track (OST) titled "Kyunke main Green hoon (Because I am Green)", featuring multiple musicians including Abida Parveen, Atif Aslam, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Shafqat Amanat Ali, among others. The upbeat, patriotic song was chosen to instill a sense of national pride in Pakistanis. Subsequently, the channel's YouTube platform began releasing short films tackling diverse themes such as classism, corruption, gender equality, morality, and societal norms. Inter-Services Public Relations
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) ( ur, ), is the media and PR wing of the Pakistan Armed Forces. It broadcasts and coordinates military news and information to the country's civilian media and the civic society. The ISPR directorate serves the purpose of aiming to strengthen public relations with the civic society, and civil society through interacting with the media. The directorate also works as the principle voice of the Pakistan's military, with its director-general serving as the official spokesperson of the armed forces.
