Goutam Deb
Goutam Deb (born 6 January 1957) is an Indian Politician currently serving as the Mayorbr>of Siliguri Municipal Corporation. He was a Cabinet Minister of Department of Tourism in the Government of West Bengal from 2016 to 2021. He also served as the Minister of North Bengal Development, a newly formed department in 2011 by Mamata Banerjee, the first woman Chief Minister of West Bengal. He was a Member of Legislative Assembly from Dabgram-Phulbari Assembly Constituency two times. Presently he is serving as Mayor of Siliguri Municipal Corporation. Indranil Sen
Indranil Biswas (born 19 October 1964) is an Indian mathematician. He is professor of mathematics at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai. He is known for his work in the areas of algebraic geometry, differential geometry, and deformation quantization. In 2006, the Government of India awarded him the Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar Prize in mathematical sciences for his contributions to "algebraic geometry, centering around moduli problems of vector bundles." Sikkim High Court
The Sikkim High Court is the High Court of the Indian state of Sikkim. The history of the court can be traced back to 1955, when the High Court of Judicature (Jurisdiction and Powers) Proclamation, 1955 was issued to establish a High Court in Sikkim. Upon merger, Sikkim became the 22nd State of India. Under Clause ''(i) of Article 371F'', the High Court functioning immediately prior to the date of merger became the High Court for the State of Sikkim under the Constitution like any other High Court in the country. Surendranath Law College
Surendranath Law College (''Bengali'' :সুরেন্দ্রনাথ আইন কলেজ) formerly known as ''Ripon College'') is an postgraduate law college affiliated with the University of Calcutta. It was established in Kolkata in the Indian state of West Bengal in 1885 by a trust formed by the nationalist leader, scholar and educationist Surendranath Banerjee, a year after he founded Surendranath College.
