Gianfranco Stevanin
Gianfranco Stevanin (born 2 October 1960), known as The Monster of Terrazzo, is an Italian criminal and serial killer, convicted of murdering six women between 1993 and 1994. His case had great prominence in the national media and raised a debate on the question of the incapability of criminals to understand the consequences of their acts. Capture On 16 November 1994, in Vicenza, Stevanin picked up a prostitute named Gabriele Musger in his Volvo 240, offering her money to have sex and take pictures of her. After several hours of extreme sexual games, Musger tried to escape through the window of a bathroom and later refused to take other pictures, resulting in being threatened with a knife by Stevanin. Donato Bilancia (10 July 1951 – 17 December 2020) was an Italian serial killer who murdered seventeen people – nine women and eight men – on the Italian Riviera in the period from October 1997 to April 1998. The Monster of Florence ( it, Il Mostro di Firenze) is the name commonly used by the Italian media for an unidentified serial killer active within the Province of Florence between 1968 and 1985. The Monster murdered fourteen victims, usually young couples secluded in search of intimacy, in wooded areas during new moons. Law enforcement conducted several investigations into the cases over the course of several years. In 2000, courts convicted two individuals for four of the double homicides.
